building missions, not just software.
Product Manager & Sr Software and System Engineer — product head and sole PM for a MILSATCOM ground systems program at Boeing, leading a 20+ person engineering organization.

About
Operator mindset, engineer’s rigor.
I’m a product leader and engineer with a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and over a decade of experience across defense, aerospace, and commercial technology. At Boeing I own the product roadmap for a MILSATCOM ground systems program end to end — from customer stakeholder engagement and requirements through Agile delivery, verification, and deployment.
My sweet spot is the seam between the mission and the machine: translating operational needs into software teams can build, making product calls when user feedback is thin, and holding the bar on safety, integrity, and contractual compliance. I’m also a first-generation college graduate, and I teach — because the next generation of engineers deserves the mentorship I had to go find.
Experience
Where I’ve led.

Product head and sole Product Manager for the program, and Sr Software and System Engineer across a 20+ person engineering organization.
Product leadership
- Own the feature roadmap across Program Increments; PI Planning point of contact and Program Scrum Master
- Primary technical interface to customer stakeholders — trade studies, technical standards, prioritized capabilities
- Voice of the user when direct feedback is limited, guided by MILSATCOM mission-operations expertise
- Primary CDRL author — critical deliverables, contractual compliance
- Accountable for safety, product integrity, and regulatory compliance; enforce MBSE standards
- EVM reporting with Cost Account Managers; program metrics & KPIs to leadership
Engineering
- Defined CI/CD & DevOps architectural standards (Docker, GitLab, Jenkins) under MILSATCOM security requirements
- Led the VESTA sensor simulation suite — vision, LiDAR, LADAR, GPS
- MATLAB/Simulink models for space-vehicle control systems & vision algorithms (OpenCV, CUDA)
- Software Release & Practices focal — standardized deployment workflows
- Managed & mentored a distributed engineering team; hardware-in-the-loop testing via automated frameworks
Earlier: engineering roles across defense and commercial sensing — including work with Raytheon, Hikvision, and Arecont Vision.
